Victims Bill of Rights

Marsy’s Law is a constitutional amendment that guarantees victims of crime enforceable constitutional rights in the State of Nevada. This measure received approval during the 2015 & 2017 legislative sessions and was passed by voters in Nevada on November 6, 2018.
